All items within Sweden and all orders within the EU will be sent by DHL. All orders with destination outside the European Union (USA, Norway et.c) are sent by Swedish Mail. All orders are given a tracking number.
Please note that the shipping rates stated above are not inclusive of any import fees that you could be charged with when the package reaches your destination country.
Within Sweden, DHL will let you know where to pick up your
order by sending an email or a text-message depending on which you
provide when going through check-out. Remember to look out for this.
Our routines is to ship on monday-wednesday. Sometimes though there are delays due to reasons we cannot master (e.g. an item is out of stock and is ordered from the designer).

Delivery times for DHL:
Domestic by DHL Servicepoint 1-3 days
To all other countries within the EU we use DHL Europack, a door to door service with delivery time 3-5 days
Please note that we do not ship every day, the days given above are from the time you have been sent a shipping confirmation letter.

After the order has left Sweden you continue to look on the website for your local Mail, example: for USA search http://www.usps.com/
At the moment the service provided by this website has an error in searching on DHL tracking no. The website automatically assumes it refers to the US and cannot find the order. When you want to track your package you use the number given in your shipping confirmation letter, then go to DHL homepage.

We work on this to be running smoothly as soon as possible.
We want to make a reservation that it can happen (though not very often) that your order is out of stock. This is because we have a joint stock for our two boutiques and the web-shop.
If it happens we let you know straight away and ask if you would like another size (if its only the size that is out of stock) or if you want to withdraw your order.
We have chosen this to be more flexible, sometimes a certain item goes very well in Malmoe and not in Stockholm or reverse.
You are entitled to return your order within 14 days and get a refund of your money. The product/products must be returned unused and in mint condition. All tags and original packaging (shoebox etc.) must be included.
The cost for the purchased item/items and shipping fee will be refunded, not the return shipping fee. The money transaction to your account will be made as soon as possible when we have received the returned products.
If you find that the product/products have been damaged during shipping or that we have sent you the wrong product/size, contact us by e-mail or phone for further instructions on how to make a complaint.
In the case of an accepted complaint, the original shipping fee will be refunded along with the price for the purchased item/items. If you attach your shipping receipt, your return shipping cost will also be refunded.
If you note that your package has been damaged during the shipping please report this immediately to the company responsible for the shipping (postal services) and get a written statement from them.
If there are damages to the goods inside please contact us via mail immediately when opening the package.
